Use as needed
Temporary addresses are suitable for short-term, low-risk receiving and should not be relied on for permanent account recovery.
Effective September 5, 2026
These terms explain who may use FoxFwd, the fair-use boundaries for temporary and permanent receiving options, and how we handle outages, abuse, and disputes.
Temporary addresses are suitable for short-term, low-risk receiving and should not be relied on for permanent account recovery.
Do not use the service to send spam, harm others, evade the law, or disrupt our systems.
Emails and attachments come from external senders. Check their source before opening links or files.
You can change an address, delete an alias, or stop using the service. We may also act against serious abuse.
By accessing or using FoxFwd, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
Local laws may impose additional requirements on email, privacy, and online services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws where you are located. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an address or sign in to permanent features.
FoxFwd provides disposable email, online inboxes, address extensions, permanent aliases, email forwarding, time-limited archives, and authenticator codes. Available features may change due to maintenance, security requirements, or infrastructure conditions.
A temporary address is not a permanent account, and we do not promise ongoing availability. Permanent aliases require verification that you control the receiving mailbox and are subject to reasonable quotas and abuse prevention measures.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and follow the age and eligibility rules of the destination website. Do not use a temporary address to impersonate someone, bypass protections for minors, or substitute for an identity you are not authorized to control.
You are responsible for protecting your login email, email tokens, verification codes, and 2FA keys. If you discover unauthorized access, end the session immediately, pause affected aliases, and notify support@foxfwd.com.
We intend the service for privacy separation, testing, and reasonable online registration—not to increase harm. The two lists below illustrate common boundaries; they do not replace applicable law.
If conduct harms others, deceives a destination service, or significantly consumes shared resources, we may restrict the request even if it is not listed word for word. If you are unsure about a boundary, contact support before proceeding.
Emails, links, and attachments are supplied by external senders and do not represent FoxFwd’s views or guarantees. You must assess the sender’s authenticity, the purpose of links, and the safety of attachments yourself.
A destination website may reject disposable email or restrict repeated registrations under its own rules. FoxFwd does not promise that any third party will accept an address and will not help bypass legitimate third-party restrictions.
We may set reasonable quantity or frequency limits on creating addresses, sending verification codes, creating aliases, refreshing archives, and downloading attachments. These measures help maintain shared service quality and reduce bot abuse.
Do not split sessions, rotate networks, or use automation to evade limits. If normal use is incorrectly flagged, provide the time and type of action to our support team for review.
You retain rights to content you lawfully own. To display, forward, store, and delete emails, you grant FoxFwd a technical processing license limited to what is necessary to provide the service.
You represent that you have the right to let our systems process content you submit or receive, and you accept responsibility for unlawful content. Providing technical transmission capabilities does not give us ownership of email content.
We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, no delays, or successful delivery of every email. Network failures, sender queues, spam filters, maintenance, and events beyond our control may affect receiving.
We may update the interface, quotas, domains, or features to improve security and reliability. If a change materially affects permanent users, we will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.
| Area | FoxFwd provides | User is responsible for |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary addresses | Online receiving during the valid period | Not using them for permanent recovery or high-value accounts |
| Permanent aliases | Attempts forwarding and displays records according to the current configuration | Maintaining reachability of the real mailbox and using aliases compliantly |
| Email content | Displays the body and attachments as received | Checking the safety of sources, links, and files |
| Account security | Code-based login and optional authenticator codes | Protecting verification codes, tokens, and authenticator keys |
If we detect unusual traffic, malicious content, security risks, or conduct that may breach these terms, we may temporarily restrict related addresses, accounts, or requests. We will keep investigations as limited as necessary and avoid affecting unrelated users where possible.
Serious, repeated, or clearly unlawful conduct may result in immediate termination, and we may retain or disclose relevant records when legally required. Where appropriate, you may contact support to explain the circumstances or request a review.
FoxFwd’s branding, interface, code, and original text are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without permission, do not copy our branding, impersonate the official service, or use the interface in a misleading product.
You may voluntarily submit suggestions for improvement. We may use them without disclosing your confidential information. Feedback does not automatically create compensation or exclusive rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that third parties will accept an address or that email will be timely, complete, or free of malicious content.
Use an email address you can control long term for important accounts, and keep necessary backups. Disposable email reduces address exposure but does not replace a complete information-security and privacy strategy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoxFwd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost email, account access, data, profits, or business opportunities. Some jurisdictions do not allow all exclusions; in that case, this limitation applies only to the extent permitted by local law.
If we must assume liability under applicable law, its scope will be determined with regard to the nature of the service, foreseeability, and the conduct of both parties. This section does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or liability that the law expressly prohibits limiting.
If your unlawful use, infringing content, or breach of these terms leads to a third-party claim, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify FoxFwd for the resulting reasonable losses and expenses. We will notify you promptly and allow you to participate in the defense without harming the parties’ shared interests.
This obligation does not apply to the portion caused by FoxFwd’s independent fault. Both parties should cooperate reasonably to reduce losses rather than increase the cost of the dispute.
You may stop using disposable email, delete aliases, and sign out of your account. Updates to these terms will change the effective date shown on this page; we will provide additional notice of material changes where reasonably practicable.
Send questions about interpreting these terms, abuse reports, or account-action reviews to support@foxfwd.com. Provide the necessary facts, but do not send verification codes, authenticator codes, or sensitive email content unrelated to your request.
